Process Development Project Leader
NanoGhost, a biotech company that develops a novel drug delivery platform, is seeking for a highly motivated candidate for the position of Process Development Project Leader
Qualifications:
MSc/PhD (preferrable) in Biotechnology Engineering/Biology
Hands on experience in growth and characterization of mesenchymal stem cells
Hands on experience in molecular biology and tissue engineering
At least 2 years industrial experience in manufacturing process development and scale-up
Experience with bioreactor process
Hands on skills in immune based assays (immunofluorescence imaging, flow cytometry, ELISA, etc.)
Experience with biological delivery systems (liposomes, exosomes, etc.) - a plus
Understanding in quality assurance and GMP requirements
Excellent oral presentation and writing skills in English
Responsibilities:
Development of mesenchymal stem cell expansion methods using a bioreactor system
Development of seed lot system (master and working cell banks)
Development and qualification of batch release and in process control assays
Development of a scaled-up industrial product manufacturing process
Writing SOPs, reports, analytical methods and CMC sections in regulatory submissions
