NanoGhost, a biotech company that develops a novel stem cell-based drug targeting platform for cancer treatment, is seeking for highly motivated scientists for the following position:
Small Molecule Project Leader
Qualifications:
PhD in Chemistry/Pharmacology/Biochemisty
More than 3 years industrial experience in development of small molecule drugs
Experience in development and validation of analytical batch characterization methods
Experience in encapsulation of small molecules drugs in lipids-based delivery systems or in biological delivery systems (liposomes, exosomes, etc.) and formulation
Experience in development of chromatographic analytical and bioanalytical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, etc.)
Good oral presentation and writing skills in English.
Experience in managing in-house and outsourced projects with CROs
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute development of small molecule oncology drugs including:
- Developing loading strategy for small molecules in biological delivery systems
- Developing methods to improve and monitor stability and leakage of platform-loaded small molecules
- Supporting the development and qualification of analytical methods for free and encapsulated small molecule drugs and their quantification in different matrixes at various CROs
- Proof of concept studies in relevant in vitro model systems
- Supporting pre-clinical development including efficacy, PK and Tox/Safety (in house and outsourced)
Writing protocols, SOPs, reports
Manage budget and timeline
